1. 4. The safety level of outdoor billboard structure can be divided into three levels:

Acceptance of steel structure
<A & gt;Basic provisions for acceptance:
1, led display, steel structure engineering construction units should have the corresponding qualification of steel structure engineering construction, the construction quality management should be corresponding to the construction site technical standards, quality management system, quality control and inspection system, the construction site should be approved by project technical director of the construction organization design, construction plan and other technical documents.
2, steel structure engineering construction quality acceptance, must be adopted by the metrological verification, calibrated qualified measuring instruments.
3. The construction quality control of steel structure engineering shall be carried out according to the following provisions:
(1) The raw materials and finished products shall be accepted on site.Raw materials and finished products involving safety and function shall be re-inspected according to the provisions of this code, and sampling and sample delivery shall be witnessed by the supervision engineer (technical head of the construction unit);
(2) Quality control of each process shall be carried out according to construction technical standards, and inspection shall be carried out after completion of each process;
(3) The handover inspection shall be carried out among the relevant professional types of work, and shall be checked and approved by the supervision engineer (technical head of the construction unit).
4, steel structure engineering construction quality acceptance shall be on the basis of the self-inspection of the construction unit, according to the inspection batch, sub-project, division (sub-division) project.The subdivision of steel structure subdivisions (subdivisions) shall be carried out in accordance with the current national standard "Uniform Standard for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Construction Engineering" GB 50300.The sub-project of steel structure shall consist of one or more inspection batches, and the inspection batches of each sub-project shall be divided according to the provisions of this code.
5. The qualified quality standard for the inspection batch of the sub-item project shall conform to the following provisions:
(1) The master control project must meet the requirements of the qualified quality standard of this specification;
(2) For general items, 80% or more of the inspection results (values) shall meet the requirements of the qualified quality standard of this code, and the maximum value shall not exceed 1.2 times of the allowable deviation value.
6, quality inspection records, quality certification documents and other information should be complete.
(1) The qualified quality standard of the sub-project shall conform to the following provisions:

(3) The quality acceptance records of each inspection batch contained in the sub-project shall be complete.
7. When the construction quality of steel structure engineering does not meet the requirements of this code, it shall be handled according to the following provisions:
(1) The inspection batch that has been reworked and redone or replaced by the construction (matching) parts shall be re-accepted;
(2) The inspection batches that can meet the design requirements tested and appraised by qualified testing institutions shall be accepted;
(3) The inspection batch that fails to meet the design requirements after being tested and identified by a qualified testing unit, but can meet the structural safety and use function after accounting and approval by the original design unit, can be accepted for acceptance;
(4) After repair or reinforcement processing of the sub-item, part of the project, although the change of dimensions but still meet the safety requirements, can be handled according to the technical plan and negotiation documents for acceptance.
(5) The partial works of steel structure that cannot meet the requirements of safe use through repair or reinforcement treatment are strictly prohibited for acceptance.
<2 & gt;Steel:
1. The varieties, specifications and properties of steel and steel castings shall conform to the current national product standards and design requirements.The quality of imported steel products shall meet the requirements of the design and the standards stipulated in the contract.Number of inspections: All inspections.Inspection method: check quality certificate, Chinese mark and inspection report, etc.
2. For the steel products belonging to one of the following conditions, sampling and reinspection should be carried out, and the reinspection results should meet the current national product standards and design requirements.

(4) the safety grade of the building structure is a class, the steel used by the main stress members in the large-span steel structure;
(5) Design steel with reinspection requirements;
(6) the quality of the steel is doubtful.
