In order to protect the display from strong electromagnetic attacks
caused by lightning strikes, the protective layer of the outer packaging of the
screen display and LED display must be grounded, and the resistance of the
grounding wire should be less than 3 ohms, so that the current generated by the
lightning strike can be withdrawn from the ground in time.
The connection between the box and the box, the connection between the screen
and the stressed object should be seamlessly connected to avoid water leakage
and moisture. Inside the LED display, there must be good drainage and
ventilation measures. If there is water inside, it can be treated in
time.
When selecting circuit chips, industrial-grade chips with operating
temperatures of minus 40 degrees Celsius and 80 degrees Celsius must be selected
to avoid the LED display from being unable to start due to excessively high or
low temperatures.
When the LED display is energized and running, it will generate a certain
amount of heat. If the heat is not discharged, if it accumulates to a certain
extent, the internal ambient temperature will be too high, which will affect the
operation of the integrated circuit and may cause burnout. At this time, the LED
display does not work. Therefore, it is necessary to make ventilation and heat
dissipation measures in the LED display body, and the internal ambient
temperature is kept between minus 10 degrees and 40 degrees.
