The following is a detailed explanation of the installation process of the outdoor double-pillar LED display provided by Mr. Fang from Shenzhen JYLED Company, hoping to help the LED display engineers who are troubled by this aspect.
One. Construction process
Survey site → Measure dimensions → Drill holes → Draw the left and right reference lines of the bracket on the wall → Insert the fastening screws → Fix the aluminum-plastic panel → Fix the bracket → Pay off → Install the power supply → Power supply connection → Install the control card → COMS port connection →. Install the display screen → check the flatness of the screen → plug in the power plug → check whether the display is normal → check → whether the displayed text meets customer requirements → clean the bracket and the screen surface → install the display control software
two. Detailed explanation of each process and matters needing attention
1. Survey site:
(1) Observe the flatness of the wall and ceiling
(2) Observe whether indoor and outdoor suspended ceilings can be freely entered and exited for construction, especially for such outdoor large screens, which require special attention.
(3) The size and depth of the distance between the foundation and the wall, and whether there are interferences. Common underground interferences mainly include: septic tanks, gas pipes, tap water pipes, etc.
2. Measuring dimensions, drilling holes, laying foundations, and concrete pouring
Measurement size: If the outdoor ceiling cannot be freely entered and exited and the wall is obstructed, use an electric drill to drill a hole about 5 cm away from the wall, and visually check the position of the steel angle bracket (estimated),
Drilling holes: The electric drill drills a hole at the estimated position, drills to the ideal position one or more times, measures the distance between the hole and the wall, and drills other holes evenly; if the outdoor wall cannot be freely entered and exited, but there is no wall Obstruct, measure the distance between the steel angle bracket and the wall indoors, drill holes on the ceiling at this distance outdoors, and drill other holes evenly; if both indoor and outdoor are free to enter and exit, measure out the steel angle bracket outdoors The distance from the wall, and then drill the hole (according to the above method)
Laying foundation and concrete watering: Laying foundation and concrete watering. According to the specific size and weight of the screen, the foundation is laid, and then the reinforced concrete base is poured. After the base is poured, it is necessary to wait for a period of time (usually 3-5 days) after the cement has solidified before proceeding to the next step.

Three. Specific installation operation
(1) The fixed installation of the column.
Draw the left and right reference lines of the bracket: take the aluminum alloy as the reference (the premise is to ensure that the bracket cannot be loosened and close to the wall)
Insert fastening screws: If there is a wall obstruction, drill a round hole on one side of the hole for easy insertion; if there is no wall obstruction, insert the fastening screw on the indoor ceiling
Fix the aluminum-plastic panel: measure the distance of each hole, drill a hole 3.5 cm away from the back of the bracket with this size, and then fix the aluminum-plastic panel with a width of 51 cm on the back of the bracket
Fixing the bracket: insert the fastening screw into the bracket hole, and then tighten it with a wrench

(2) Frame installation. The steel structure master will build the frame for carrying the LED display box according to the size while the project is in progress. After the column is installed, it will be placed on the column for welding.

(3) For cabinet installation, the installer will install and fix the LED cabinet to the frame.
Wire laying: If there is a wall obstruction, drill a hole on the back of the bracket or find the nearest hole, and then place the hidden wire. If the hidden wire cannot be placed, then the open wire and try not to use wireless. Make the power plug and connect the power cord
Install the power supply: It is advisable to have one power supply for 3 to 4 rows of displays (too little, high cost, too much current and insufficient voltage), place the power supply, connect the power cord, and pay special attention to the positive and negative poles of the power supply.
Install the control card and connect to the COMS port: Place the control card on the rightmost steel frame of the bracket, connect the longest data line to 1 pinhole, the second longest to 2 pinholes, and the shortest to 3 pinholes, and then connect the COMS port interface cable. Tighten the screws
Cabinet installation: Check whether the magnet feet are tightened, whether the wiring is in place and correct, whether the data cable is inserted in place, pay special attention to the positive and negative poles of the display screen (wrong connection has serious consequences), the power cable must be tightened and not loose, and the data cable installation sequence To be in place
Power-on detection, fault judgment, and appearance inspection: power-on detection whether there is a broken screen and whether the text output is correct; judge according to the fault and eliminate the fault; check whether the display screen is flat and clean
(4) Air conditioning installation. Larger LED screens generate high heat when in use, and need to be equipped with air conditioners to prolong the service life of the screen and improve safety.
(5) Training. After the technicians have installed and debugged the screen, they will be trained on the use of LED screens for the docking personnel, which is convenient to use.
