For some of the LED backpacks that have been modified on their own, they may exceed the standards of certain security checks. For example, some airports have certain requirements for battery capacity (requiring each device to have a battery capacity of less than 20,000 mA), and when the customer changes the original power supply device to a battery larger than 20,000 mA, the LED backpack at this time will not be able to pass the safety inspection.
LED backpacks do not come with power supply, customers need to buy their own small power supply device (e.g. rechargeable battery) to power the modules in the LED backpack. Of course, if the customer buys a large quantity at a time and would like us to provide the rechargeable batteries at the same time, then we can discuss this further. However, in general, it is more affordable for customers to buy rechargeable batteries locally.
The modules in the LED backpack are of high quality with high performance and low power consumption, when customers buy a 10000 mA rechargeable battery, it is enough to power the modules in the LED backpack continuously for about 5 hours.
However, it should be noted that do not buy a power supply device with too high battery capacity, otherwise it may not be able to pass some security checks, for example, some of the airports mentioned above will have certain requirements for the capacity of the batteries to be carried.
The front side of the LED backpack is made of PVC with good waterproof performance, which can well block the water from entering the front side and avoid the internal failure of the LED backpack. However, while the front of the LED backpack is waterproof, the back uses a breathable and sweat-absorbent material that is not waterproof, so do not use it in a humid environment for long periods of time if possible.

Depending on the size of the LED backpack, the capacity will fluctuate. After our measurement, the capacity of the LED backpack is between 45–55 liters. This is a moderate capacity, which can meet the daily lightweight travel while still showing the LED backpack display.
- First connect the USB of the LED backpack to the charging port of the rechargeable battery, then turn on the switch on the LED backpack.
- Then turn on the Bluetooth switch on our cell phone and search for the proprietary Bluetooth name of the LED backpack.
- After finding the proprietary name of the LED backpack, next click on Connect and you can successfully connect the Bluetooth of the LED backpack and the Bluetooth of your cell phone to each other.
The following points should be noted when using Bluetooth to connect with the LED backpack.
- The transmission range of Bluetooth is 10 meters, so the distance between the two should not be too far apart when using a cell phone to connect with the LED backpack.
- When connecting, do not use it in places with particularly severe signal interference.
- Bluetooth can only transmit information on a one-to-one basis, and you cannot use your cell phone to modify information on multiple LED backpacks at the same time.
- When the Bluetooth connection fails, you can disconnect the cell phone’s switch and try again. If the connection is still unsuccessful after several attempts, you can ask for our help.
When the LED backpack gets too much dirt, it will affect the whole display effect. So we need to clean it from time to time. According to different dirt, we adopt different methods.
- For surface dirt, we can use a damp paper towel or gently wipe it with a soft cloth moistened with a little water. For stubborn stains, you can consider choosing some neutral cleaners to wipe.
- For dust inside the backpack, we can use a small vacuum cleaner to suck out the dust inside. Cleaning the inside is generally not recommended. If you do want to clean the inside, then you need to disassemble all the modules and lines inside the LED backpack first.
In order to better extend the service life of the LED backpack, we need to pay attention to the following points when using the LED backpack:
Battery quality: As the default does not distribute rechargeable lithium batteries, customers need to buy their own. Therefore, when purchasing rechargeable lithium batteries, please make sure to purchase products with qualified quality. Purchasing poor quality lithium batteries may cause the module inside the LED backpack to malfunction, and may even cause a short-circuit fire and burn the whole backpack.
Charging Problems: Charging should be done with original or compatible charger and cable, and the Li-ion battery should not be overcharged for a long time, which may affect its lifespan and lead to the gradual shortening of the usage time.
Control problem: The display content can be well controlled by the LED backpack APP. However, be sure to check if both sides are properly connected. If either side is not properly connected, it may result in the contents of the LED backpack not being properly controlled. In addition, when modifying the parameters, pay attention to follow the instructions or APP tips, too high or too low parameters may not achieve the desired display effect.
Cleaning Problems：During cleaning, be careful not to splash water inside the LED backpack. When cleaning the inside of the back, you should also pay attention to check whether the lines are removed cleanly. This is because the wiring left inside is prone to deterioration and damage due to the water stains that seeped in during the cleaning process.
Storage Problem: When we don’t use the LED backpack, we should place it in a cool and dry place and avoid strong magnetism and high voltage environment. Also, don’t put too heavy items on the LED backpack to avoid causing the LED backpack straps to be damaged.
