General outdoor SMD LED modules can only reach a maximum brightness of 5000nits, but P16 uses DIP packaging technology, the maximum brightness can reach 10000 nits.
As the lamp beads of P16 LED module are made with more materials, they are more durable than SMD LED module, and the durability is naturally higher.
1:1 Display Size Simpler Splicing
P16 LED module has 320*320mm and 256*256mm two kinds of 1:1 display size, not only more simple to splice, and these two sizes can be well adapted to the mainstream use of 960*960 cabinet and 768*768 cabinet.
We do not need to customize the size of the cabinet, thus saving a large amount of customization costs.
DIP packaging technology Extend the life of LED lamp beads
Unlike SMD packaging technology, which directly exposes the LED beads to the outside, DIP packaging technology uses resin material to encapsulate the LED chips, so it has obvious advantages in terms of sealing.
This is why the P16 LED module is very strong in waterproof and durability, the secret lies in the fact that the internal LED chip is completely in a vacuum state, which slows down the oxidation of the material, thus prolonging the service life of the LED beads.
72 hours aging test to ensure stable performance
In order to strengthen the quality of LED beads and eliminate the problematic LED beads, JYLED will conduct 72 hours aging test on the factory P16 LED module, to check every possible problematic bead in detail, and to ensure a more stable performance in the process of using.
